360° Tours

3D House Tours, Free From the Model You Drew

Draw the house in Design Studio and send your client a whole-house 360° tour: one geometry-true panorama per room, linked through its doors, up to 40 stops, free. Record a walkthrough from the same model, or — on Pro and Studio — let the AI walk a home from a single photo.

360° tour free on every plan · 3 tours a day · Explore tour 600 credits a hop on Pro & Studio · New accounts start with 500 free credits.

Live Tour

Walk a real tour link

Halcyon Court, drawn in Design Studio and toured with the 360 tour button on October 16, 2026 — the same link a client receives.

The live tour link, captured from the Design Studio model: one panorama per room, linked through the doors. Load it to walk room to room, press Play for the highlights reel, or open the floor plan.

On a phone, open it in a new tab and tap “Look by moving” to look around by turning.

Four Ways

Pick the tour that matches what you have

Three of them are free and come straight from your model. The fourth starts from a photo and is generated.

Free · every plan · 0 credits

360° tour

One click in Design Studio plans a stop in every room plus the way outside — up to 40 stops — captures a geometry-true 360° panorama at each, and links them through the doors. Your client gets one link: click a ring on a doorway to walk through it, press Play for a highlights reel, or jump from the stop list and the floor plan. It is the model's real-time look, not a photoreal render.

Free · every plan · 0 credits

Render 360

One 360° panorama from wherever the camera stands in the 3D view — a single room, the garden, the street. It is saved to History with its own link: drag to look on a desktop, turn to look on a phone.

Free recording · AI repaint 900 credits on Pro & Studio

Walkthrough recorded from your model

Design Studio plans a walk in through a door of the house, room to room and out again, and records it from your model in your browser — 1080p, doors open, free. On Pro and Studio, Real Walkthrough can repaint that recording into finished materials and light: an AI repaint for 900 credits, about 720p, and it may alter furniture.

600 credits a hop · Pro & Studio

Explore tour

One photo in, and the AI walks through the home — 4, 6 or 8 hops, each starting on the last frame of the one before. The interiors are generated from one photo: the AI imagines the spaces beyond your photo, so this is an exploration of a possible home, not a document of a real one.

Real Output

A walk recorded from the model, and an Explore tour

Two films from our own account, labelled with the tool that made them. Neither was made for this page.

Recorded from the Halcyon Court model · free, 0 credits

In by the front door, through the hall, the kitchen and the great room, and out to the terrace — every frame drawn by the Studio renderer from the model on the live link above.

This cut came from our offline recording rig (the same Studio renderer on the planner's route, re-timed with eased turns and a wider exit, framed for a phone). The app's Record button exports 1920×1080 at 24 fps on the planner's own path. Web copy, 720×1280.

Made with Explore tour · 4 hops × 600 credits = 2,400 credits

Start photo: made with Text to Render (Imagine AI) · 100 credits — an AI image of a house, not a real building.

Everything beyond the photo — the walk up the path, through the oak door and down the hallway — was generated by the video model, each hop starting on the previous hop's last frame. A possible home, not a document of a real one.

Our own account, August 12–13, 2026; the hops ran through Archify's API with the Video tab's Explore prompts. Jobs cmsqurhs50001l504zio3255f, cmsquxk190005jx04wvtm57g0, cmsqv1tkr0009jx043aleksxq, cmsr6y2g10001ib046o89xftt.

How It Works

From a drawn house to a tour link in three steps

01

Draw or import the house

Draw walls, doors and windows in Design Studio, or bring in a plan you already have — free on every plan. The tour is captured from this model, so every room, door and window in it is where you put it.

02

Press 360 tour

The planner places a stop in every room and the way outside, captures each panorama in your browser and links the stops through their doors. A tour holds up to 40 stops; on a bigger house the least tourable rooms (closets, stores, plant rooms) are left out and the panel says how many.

03

Send one link

Your client opens it in any browser, no account: walk room to room through the doors, press Play, or look around a room by turning their phone. The link also carries a lead form — every design, model, tour, panorama and scan link doubles as a lead form, open-house QR included.

Pricing

What a house tour costs on Archify

The tour, Render 360 and the recorded walkthrough never spend credits. Only the AI passes do.

Every plan, free included

0 credits

360° tours (3 a day, 8 saved), Render 360 and the walkthrough recorded from your model. Free and Starter links carry the Archify mark.

Pro

$79/mo launch price

10,000 credits a month — about 4 Explore tours of 4 hops, or 11 walkthrough repaints. Watermark-free.

Studio

$199/mo launch price

30,000 credits a month — about 12 Explore tours of 4 hops. Adds client 3D links with AR and Presentation Studio.

Explore tours and the walkthrough repaint run on Pro, Studio and the multi-seat plans, including their trials (trial output is marked). See current plans and one-time credit packs.

Honest Limits

What each tour is — and isn't

The 360 tour is the model, not a photograph

Every panorama is captured from your Design Studio model in the browser, so it is geometry-true — but it has the model's real-time look. For finished materials, render saved camera views or repaint a recorded walk.

Explore interiors are generated

An Explore tour starts from one photo and the video model invents everything past it. The AI imagines the spaces beyond your photo, so this is an exploration of a possible home, not a document of a real one. Never present one as the house you designed.

The repaint is an AI pass

Real Walkthrough's repaint (900 credits, Pro and Studio) comes back at about 720p, can alter furniture and retimes the take. The free recording is the exact model; the repaint is a presentation of it. (A browser without the video encoder the recorder uses falls back to a screen-resolution recording, with the doors as they stand.)

FAQ

3D house tours, answered

What is a 3D house tour on Archify?+

A link your client opens to move through a house. The free one is the Design Studio 360° tour: one geometry-true panorama per room (up to 40 stops), linked through the doors, with a highlights reel, a stop list and the floor plan. Archify also records walkthroughs from the model, and on Pro and Studio the Explore tour walks a home from a single photo with generated interiors.

Is the 360° tour really free?+

Yes — it spends 0 credits on every plan, including the free account, because no AI provider is involved: it is captured from your own model in your browser. Each account can create 3 tours a day and keep 8 at once (delete one to make room).

Can I use the tour and the recordings for client work?+

On paid plans, yes — downloads on Pro and Studio are watermark-free and can carry your own studio branding. Free-account output carries the Archify watermark and is licensed for evaluation. Check your local MLS rules before using AI-altered video in a listing; that disclosure is the agent's responsibility. Tour and design links from a free or Starter account carry the Archify mark.

How many rooms can one tour hold?+

Up to 40 stops, counting the way outside. A small house uses one stop per room; on a very large house the planner keeps the rooms a visitor would walk and leaves out closets, stores and plant rooms, and the Studio tells you how many it left out.

Can I make a tour of a real, existing house?+

The 360° tour needs a model, so draw or import the house first. From photos instead: an Explore tour walks onward from one photo (Pro and Studio, 600 credits a hop, 4–8 hops) but its interiors are generated, not the real rooms; AI Full House Walkthrough (Pro and Studio, 600 credits a segment) joins your ordered room photos with generated walking transitions; and Listing Showcase turns a home's photos into a cinematic listing video.

Does it work on phones and in VR?+

Yes. On a phone the tour link offers “Look by moving” — turn the phone to look around. In VR: open the link in a headset browser that supports WebXR and tap Enter VR (not iPhone Safari).

What does an Explore tour cost?+

600 credits per hop, and you choose 4, 6 or 8 hops — so 2,400 to 4,800 credits a tour. It runs on Pro, Studio and the multi-seat plans, including their trials. Pro is $79/month (launch price) with 10,000 credits; Studio is $199/month with 30,000. Failed hops refund automatically.
