What is AI virtual staging?+
Virtual staging adds furniture, rugs, art, and decor to a photo of an empty room, so buyers can picture the space furnished without a stager physically moving furniture in. Archify's Virtual Staging tool does this from a single photo you upload — pick a room type and a style, and it generates a furnished version of that room.
How much does Archify's virtual staging cost?+
Each staged photo costs 100 credits. On the Starter plan ($29/mo launch price, 3,000 credits) that's about 30 staged photos a month, with the Archify watermark. On Pro ($79/mo launch price, 10,000 credits) that's about 100 a month, watermark-free. Unused plan credits roll over while you stay subscribed, and one-time credit packs (which never expire) are available if you need more without changing plans.
Do I need to disclose that a listing photo is virtually staged?+
Most MLS systems and real estate boards require virtually staged photos to be labeled as such in the listing — rules vary by market, so check your local MLS policy. That disclosure is on you as the listing agent or photographer; Archify doesn't add an MLS disclosure label automatically.
What if the room already has furniture or clutter in it?+
Virtual Staging is built for empty rooms. For an occupied room you want to clean up before listing, use Declutter (100 credits) — it removes loose items and personal belongings from a room photo while keeping the existing furniture placement and lighting.
Does virtual staging change the room's walls, windows, or layout?+
No — Archify generates furniture and decor into the room in your own photo rather than replacing the room with a generic template. Turn on Maintain Colors if you want your exact wall paint and flooring colors held as photographed.
