Client Presentation

Client 3D Presentations Your Client Can Walk Through

Send a link instead of a PDF. Your client orbits the real 3D house, opens the floor plan, turns the evening lights on and walks inside — in a browser, no app, no account. Design links are free; AR model links and Presentation Studio come with Studio.

Design links free on every plan · AR links and decks on Studio ($199/month) · New accounts start with 500 free credits.

Open the link a client gets

Halcyon Court, drawn in Design Studio and shared on October 16, 2026. Load it and press Walk inside, Explore, Lights or Floor plan.

The live share link, served the same way your client receives it: the real model, the floor plan, the saved camera views and the evening lights.

Walk inside needs a desktop pointer; on a phone, use Explore.

Real Footage

Walk inside, on the share link

Filmed in a desktop browser with no account — what a client sees after pressing Walk inside. Nothing was added or sped up.

Walk inside on the Halcyon Court share link · free, 0 credits

The front door opens a stride ahead of the walker, then the hall and the double door into the great room, and a slow look around. The model's real-time look — not a render, and not AI video.

Recorded October 16, 2026 from the live link in full Chromium, 1280×800. AR is never filmed here: it runs in the phone's own viewer.

Four Surfaces

What you can put in front of a client

Two are free on every plan. The AR model link and the deck builder are Studio-tier features — said here because the app enforces it.

Free · every plan · /d/ link

Design share link

Share a Design Studio house and your client gets the real model in their browser: orbit it, switch to the floor plan, jump to the camera views you saved, turn the evening lights on, Walk inside on a desktop (first person, WASD) or Explore on a phone (drag to look, double-tap to move, tap a door to open it). Wall collision: in Walk inside (desktop, first person), walls stop the walker — furniture does not.

Studio tier · /v/ link

3D model link with AR

A model from 3D Studio (400 credits from photos) or one you import free gets a share link your client opens to spin it in the browser and place it in their own room in AR — Solid, or a see-through Hologram. You can view your models in AR in the app on every plan; sending the client link is a Studio feature, on Studio and every multi-seat plan — Group, Team and Agency.

Free · every plan

3D Workshop

Open a finished 3D model or a saved scene: move, rotate and scale it, set its real size, add furniture, sketch walls with door and window openings, set the sun, and save the scene to a workspace. Render This View hands the exact angle to Exterior AI — pressing it is free, the render is 100 credits.

Studio tier · 0 credits

Presentation Studio

Your renders, floor plans, 3D models and walkthrough videos are pulled into a slide deck you present fullscreen or save as a PDF. It spends no credits and is included on Studio and every multi-seat plan — Group, Team and Agency.

Walking And VR

Measured, then said

Wall collision

In Walk inside (desktop, first person), walls stop the walker. We held the forward key on a live share link until a wall stopped the camera, and it stayed stopped. Furniture does not collide. Try it on the sample house link.

VR

VR in headset browsers that support WebXR; not iPhone Safari. Open a design, tour or model link in the headset's browser and tap Enter VR (on a model link, tap View in VR first). We name headsets only after we have tested one.

How It Works

From a model to a client link in three steps

01

Draw it, or bring the model

Draw the house in Design Studio (free), or generate a 3D model from photos in 3D Studio, or import a GLB, OBJ or STL you already have.

02

Save the views that matter

Save camera views in the Studio — the street, the kitchen, the garden — so the client can jump straight to them from the link.

03

Send the link

Your client opens it on a laptop or a phone with no app and no account. Every design, model, tour, panorama and scan link doubles as a lead form, open-house QR included — a question they send lands in Clients & Leads.

FAQ

Client 3D presentations, answered

Does my client need an app or an account?+

No. A design link or a model link opens in any modern browser. For AR on a model link, iPhone uses Apple's built-in AR viewer and Android uses Google's — still no app to install.

Which plan do I need?+

Design share links, Walk inside, Explore, the floor plan, the 3D Workshop and the in-app AR viewer are free on every plan, including the free account. Sending a client a 3D model link with AR, and Presentation Studio, are included on Studio and every multi-seat plan — Group, Team and Agency. Studio is $199/month (launch price).

Can my client walk through the walls?+

Not in Walk inside: walls stop the walker. We checked on a live share link by holding the forward key into the house until a wall stopped the camera. Furniture does not collide, so a walker can pass through a sofa. On a phone, Explore moves by double-tapping the floor rather than walking.

Does it work in VR?+

VR in headset browsers that support WebXR; not iPhone Safari. Open a design, tour or model link in the headset's browser and tap Enter VR (on a model link, tap View in VR first). We will name headsets only after we have tested one.

Can you show me AR in a video?+

We don't show AR footage: AR runs in the phone's own viewer, outside the web page, so we can't film it the way we filmed the walk above. Open a model link on your phone instead — that is the honest demo.

Can I use it for client work?+

On paid plans, yes — downloads on Pro and Studio are watermark-free and can carry your own studio branding. Free-account output carries the Archify watermark and is licensed for evaluation. Check your local MLS rules before using AI-altered video in a listing; that disclosure is the agent's responsibility. Links shared from a free or Starter account show the Archify mark.
