Write the concept, not a file upload
No sketch, photo, or model needed — just a sentence. "Luxury desert villa with sculpted stone walls, reflecting pool, dusk lighting." is enough to start.
Render Studio
Skip the sketch. Describe a building, interior, or layout in plain English and Archify's Imagine AI generates a concept image from the words alone — for the conversation before there's anything to draw.

How It Works
01
No sketch, photo, or model needed — just a sentence. "Luxury desert villa with sculpted stone walls, reflecting pool, dusk lighting." is enough to start.
02
Render type: Exterior, Interior, Layout. Aspect ratio: Square, Horizontal, Vertical. Both come straight from the tool's own picker.
03
Each run is 100 credits. Run a few wording variations side by side — there's no source image to hold onto, so the fastest way to the right concept is trying several prompts.
Who It's For
Pitch a direction to a client or a partner before committing to a massing study — a text prompt gets a visual on the table in minutes, for the conversation that decides whether to model it at all.
Generate several distinct concepts from different prompts for the same brief and present them together, instead of spending modeling time on options that might get rejected in the first five minutes.
The Layout render type leans toward plan-like and spatial-arrangement concepts, useful for an early floor-plan direction conversation before anything is drawn in Design Studio.
Pricing
Imagine AI is 100 credits per run, the same price as every other image tool — no separate per-concept checkout.
Starter
$29/mo launch price
3,000 credits every month — about 30 concepts. Archify watermark included. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
Pro
$79/mo launch price
10,000 credits every month — about 100 concepts. Watermark-free downloads and the video tools. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
Every plan includes the full Archify tool set — sketch and photo rendering, floor plans, 3D models, and on Pro and Studio the video tools — at their own per-run credit cost. See current plans and one-time credit packs.
Honest Limits
Knowing these up front is how you avoid being surprised by the next run, or in front of a client.
Sketch to Image and Exterior AI hold the geometry you upload with Structure Lock. Imagine AI has no source image, so there's no geometry to hold — each run is the model's own interpretation of your words, and running the same prompt twice can return different buildings.
This is the fastest, loosest tool in Render Studio by design: good for direction and mood, not for a result you'd hand to a client as the design. Once a concept lands, move it into something with structure — draw it in Design Studio, or sketch over it and run Sketch to Image with Structure Lock on.
There's no image to fall back on, so vague prompts get vague results. Name the materials, the light, the scale, and the mood explicitly — the same discipline that makes any text-to-image prompt work applies here.
FAQ
Text to render AI generates an architectural concept image directly from a written description — no sketch, photo, or 3D model required. In Archify this is Imagine AI, part of Render Studio: write a sentence or two describing a building, interior, or layout, and it returns a concept image.
Sketch to Image and Exterior AI start from something you upload — a sketch or a photo — and Structure Lock holds that geometry while the AI changes materials and light. Imagine AI starts from nothing but the prompt, so there's no geometry to hold. Use it for early direction before you have a sketch; move to Sketch to Image (100 credits, Structure Lock on by default) once you have one.
Render type: Exterior, Interior, Layout. Aspect ratio: Square, Horizontal, Vertical. Both lists are pulled straight from the tool, so they match what you'll see in the picker.
No, and that's expected. Without a source image to anchor it, each run is a fresh interpretation of the same words. Treat it as generating options, not regenerating a specific design — run several variations and pick the one that fits.
Yes. A strong Imagine AI result is a good starting reference for a sketch — trace over it, or describe the same building to Sketch to Image once you have a line drawing, and Structure Lock will hold that geometry going forward. Imagine AI itself is the loosest, fastest step, not the final one.
Each concept is 100 credits, the same price as every other image tool in Render Studio. On Starter ($29/mo launch price, 3,000 credits) that's about 30 concepts a month, watermarked. On Pro ($79/mo launch price, 10,000 credits) that's about 100 a month, watermark-free. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
