Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Archify platform ("Services"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

Archify provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate architectural and design visualizations using artificial intelligence technology. Features may include uploading images, generating visual designs, managing accounts, and accessing subscription-based services.

To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for activity under your account

Archify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Users may upload images or files ("User Content") to generate visualizations. You confirm that you have the legal right to upload the content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Archify permission to process it in order to provide the Services.

Content generated under an active paid subscription or with purchased credits carries a commercial license: you may sell it to clients, use it in your business, include it in advertisements, websites, and marketing materials, and incorporate it into products you charge for. Content generated outside a paid plan or purchased credits is licensed for personal, non-commercial evaluation only. Images and videos generated on the free plan carry an Archify watermark baked into the file and are for evaluation only; upgrading does not remove it from outputs already generated. Images and videos generated during a free trial of a watermark-free plan also carry the Archify watermark; that watermark is removed automatically, including from the work made during the trial, once the trial's first payment is completed (files already exported or downloaded are not changed). You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any material you upload as the basis for a generation.

Certain features of the platform may require payment. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. All purchases and subscriptions are subject to the pricing displayed on the platform. Payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

New accounts may receive a one-time welcome credit grant, and a further one-time grant for verifying the account's email address. The verification grant applies only to email addresses verified on or after the date the offer was introduced. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allotment that is added to your account balance each billing cycle while the subscription is active. Unused plan credits roll over while the subscription remains active. Unused plan credits expire when a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its final billing period, and when a scheduled downgrade takes effect at renewal; annual subscriptions are exempt from cancellation expiry, as their full year of credits is paid for upfront. One-time credit packs, welcome grants and promotional credits never expire and are not affected by cancellation or downgrade. Free-trial credits are an exception: canceling a trial before it converts to a paid subscription removes the trial's unused credits from the balance. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable once spent on a completed generation; failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically.

Anti-abuse and payment authorization. By adding a payment method you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder. A free trial requires a valid, chargeable payment card; payment methods that cannot be reliably charged — including prepaid or gift cards, or cards with insufficient funds — may be declined for trials. If an account is found to have abused free trials or credits (including by creating multiple or fake accounts or adding additional payment cards) or to have used the service to generate prohibited content, Archify may charge the payment method on file for the value of the plan and/or the resources consumed. You authorize these charges and agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for charges arising from such abuse; Archify will contest fraudulent disputes using its transaction, account, and usage records.

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Generate, upload, or attempt to generate sexual, nude, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content, or any content that sexualizes a person
• Create, upload, or depict any content involving a minor, or a real identifiable person without their consent, in a sexual, nude, or exploitative manner
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or add additional payment cards, to obtain repeated free trials, credits, or other benefits
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Upload harmful or malicious files
• Reverse engineer the software
• Abuse the service in any way

Archify may suspend access for violations.

Generating sexual, nude, or exploitative content — and in particular any such content involving a minor or a real person without their consent — is strictly prohibited, will result in immediate account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. Creating multiple or fake accounts, or adding additional payment cards, to repeatedly obtain free-trial credits or other benefits is a fraudulent abuse of the service. Archify may immediately terminate any account engaged in this conduct and remove any credits or benefits obtained through it, without refund.

All platform software, branding, and design elements are owned by Archify and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.

Archify generates visualizations using artificial intelligence. These outputs are intended for conceptual and illustrative purposes only and may not represent accurate architectural or construction plans.

Archify is not responsible for any damages, losses, or decisions made based on the use of AI-generated outputs.

Archify does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

Archify may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated.

Archify may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
