Archify provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate architectural and design visualizations using artificial intelligence technology. Features may include uploading images, generating visual designs, managing accounts, and accessing subscription-based services.

To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for activity under your account

Archify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Users may upload images or files ("User Content") to generate visualizations. You confirm that you have the legal right to upload the content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Archify permission to process it in order to provide the Services.

Certain features of the platform may require payment. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. All purchases and subscriptions are subject to the pricing displayed on the platform. Payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Upload harmful or malicious files
• Reverse engineer the software
• Abuse the service in any way

Archify may suspend access for violations.

All platform software, branding, and design elements are owned by Archify and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.

Archify generates visualizations using artificial intelligence. These outputs are intended for conceptual and illustrative purposes only and may not represent accurate architectural or construction plans.

Archify is not responsible for any damages, losses, or decisions made based on the use of AI-generated outputs.

Archify does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

Archify may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated.

Archify may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
