Upload what you have
A hand sketch, a SketchUp or Revit screenshot, a clay or draft render from any engine, a massing study, an elevation, or a photo of the existing building. A phone photo of trace paper is enough to start.
Render Studio
Turn a sketch, elevation, massing study, draft render, or photo into a photorealistic architectural render in minutes. You direct the materials, light, and mood; Structure Lock and a Faithful ↔ Creative slider are designed to keep the walls, openings, and proportions you drew.

How It Works
01
A hand sketch, a SketchUp or Revit screenshot, a clay or draft render from any engine, a massing study, an elevation, or a photo of the existing building. A phone photo of trace paper is enough to start.
02
Write a short prompt for cladding, glazing, landscape, and time of day; pick an architectural or interior style. Leave Structure Lock on and the Faithful ↔ Creative slider at its default — they're designed to hold the walls, openings, and proportions you drew while the AI handles everything else.
03
Each render is 100 credits, so run a few variations, fix one detail with Inpainting, then send the keeper through the 4K Upscaler (100 credits, 2× or 4×) for the deck.

Upscale architectural images for sharper presentation output.
100 credits
Repair or extend portions of an image using an uploaded or painted mask.
100 credits
Remove unwanted objects using a base image plus an uploaded or painted mask.
100 credits
Apply the visual language of a reference image to your base render.
Who It's For
Get a client-ready image out of a concept sketch or a massing model in the same meeting it's drawn — and keep the geometry yours. Pairs with exports from Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray.
Render a room in a different style — 24 styles across 22 room types — with furnishing and lighting direction, from a photo or a draft render.
Show a listing, a lot, or an unbuilt unit finished: exterior restyles, interior concepts, day-to-dusk conversions, and virtual staging from the photos you already have.
Pricing
Every render tool is 100 credits per run — the same price whether it's an exterior, an interior, a sketch, or a text-only concept.
Starter
$29/mo launch price
3,000 credits every month — about 30 renders. Archify watermark included. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
Pro
$79/mo launch price
10,000 credits every month — about 100 renders. Watermark-free downloads and the video tools. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
Every plan includes the full Archify tool set — rendering, virtual staging, floor plan rendering, 3D models, and on Pro and Studio the video tools — at their own per-run credit cost. See current plans and one-time credit packs.
Honest Limits
These are properties of today's image models, not of one product. Knowing them is how you stop being surprised in front of a client.
The models behind this class of tool are photoreal restylers. Watercolour, ink, and blueprint looks come back as filtered photos — we tested those presets and pulled them.
Changing materials, light, season, and style is reliable. Emptying a furnished room or changing what a room is for is not — use the AI Eraser on specific objects instead.
Without Structure Lock, the same sketch can come back as a different building between runs. The lock is a strong constraint, not a geometric guarantee — exact dimensions belong on the drawing set, not in the image.
An AI render is a visualisation of design direction. For a model you can measure, edit, and export, draw it in Design Studio and render views of that.
FAQ
AI architectural rendering uses an image model to turn an input — a sketch, an elevation, a clay or draft render, a massing study, or a photo — into a photorealistic image, in minutes rather than the hours a conventional render engine or a visualisation artist needs. On Archify you upload the input, describe the materials, lighting, and mood you want, and get a finished render back; Structure Lock and the Faithful ↔ Creative slider are designed to keep the walls, openings, and proportions you drew.
It's designed to keep yours. Structure Lock is on by default on the sketch and photo tools because testing showed that without it, the same sketch and prompt could come back as a different building — in one measured case, a single-storey house gained a second storey. With the lock on and the Faithful ↔ Creative slider at its default, the render holds the geometry you drew; push the slider toward Creative only when you actually want the AI to propose changes.
Yes — that's the most common use. Upload a photo of the existing exterior or interior and describe the new materials, finishes, or style. Turn on Maintain Colors if you want the existing paint and flooring held exactly as photographed. Separate tools handle day-to-dusk conversion, sky replacement, seasonal changes, and relighting.
A downloadable image per render. For presentation output, send it through the 4K Upscaler (100 credits) at 2× or 4×. Starter-plan and free-account downloads carry the Archify watermark; Pro and Studio downloads are watermark-free and can carry your own studio branding instead.
Every render tool is 100 credits per run. On the Starter plan ($29/mo launch price, 3,000 credits) that's about 30 renders a month, with the Archify watermark. On Pro ($79/mo launch price, 10,000 credits) it's about 100 a month, watermark-free. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed, and one-time credit packs are available if you need more without changing plans.
No, and we'd rather say so than sell you one. A render engine gives you a physically computed image of a complete model, with dimensional truth. Archify gives you a photoreal visualisation of a design direction from whatever you have right now — including a screenshot out of those engines. Most practices use it earlier in the process than their render engine: concept, design development, and client conversations before the model is detailed enough to render conventionally.
