FAQ
Yes. Design Studio — drawing walls, editing by chat, room detection, schedules, elevations, sheets, and DXF/IFC/GLB export — never spends credits, on the free account and on every paid plan. Credits are only used by the rendering tools, for example sending a plan image to Floor Plan Render for a coloured presentation plan.
It generates from what you draw and edits from what you say. Start a plan — even just the outer walls — and the AI assistant will add rooms, move doors, raise the roof, and rework the layout from plain-English instructions. We don't claim it conjures a finished, code-checked house from one sentence; a tool that promised that would be describing a demo, not a workflow.
Drop a .dwg or .dxf straight in and it opens as an editable house — walls become real walls. From Revit or SketchUp Pro, export a floor-plan view to DXF and drop that in. A PDF or a photo of a printed plan also works as a starting image. Closed formats like .rvt, .skp, and .3dm can't legally be parsed by a third party, so Archify gives you the exact export steps instead of pretending.
DXF (any CAD app), IFC (Revit, ArchiCAD, and other BIM tools), GLB (any 3D or real-time app), print-ready PDF sheets, elevations, sections, and CSV schedules. Design Studio is built as a schematic design tool that hands off cleanly, not as a replacement for your production software.
No, and the tool says so. Elevations, sections, sheets, and the budget are schematic: the right walls in the right places at the dimensions you drew, and a ballpark number to steer early decisions. Construction documents, structural design, and code compliance still come from your licensed professionals.

Floor Plan Render takes any plan image and returns a coloured, furnished presentation plan for 100 credits with the wall layout preserved — it doesn't know about your model, it reads the picture.
