Archify Autopilot

The AI Architecture Agent: brief in, project out

Upload a project brief and Archify Autopilot plans the work — the house model and drawings, a presentation floor plan, renders, twilight variants, video and 3D — shows you the exact credit total, and runs only after you approve. Every result files into one workspace you can share with your client in one click.

1,000 credits per run plus each task's normal credits · Always approved before anything is charged · Fee refunded if the run produces nothing · On every plan

How It Works

Brief, plan, approve, run

Four steps, one approval. The plan is a real task list with real credit prices, not an estimate.

01 · Brief

Upload the brief

A PDF, .docx, .txt or .md file up to 4 MB — the client's own brief, your notes, or the sample brief on this page. Planning is free.

02 · Plan

Autopilot plans the work

It reads the brief and writes a task list — up to 12 tasks — choosing from the tools below, chaining renders into dusk variants, clips and 3D, and starting with the house model whenever the brief describes one.

03 · Approve

You approve the exact total

The plan shows every task with its credits and the 1,000-credit run fee. Nothing is charged until you press Run — a plan you never approve costs nothing.

04 · Run

It runs and files everything

Tasks run on their own and land in one workspace folder. When the run finishes, share the workspace with your client in one click — they approve each item or ask for changes, no account needed.

What It Can Plan

13 tools, chained into one project

Every task is priced at the tool's normal credit cost, shown in the plan before you approve. The planner chains them — a render becomes a dusk variant, a clip or a 3D model — and on plans without premium video it leaves out the two Pro/Studio tools, saying so in a note.

  • Render

    100 cr

A new architectural view from the brief's description — exterior, interior or layout. The workhorse for every base view.

  • Mood Board

    100 cr

A materials, palette and atmosphere board from the design direction in the brief.

  • Exterior Redesign

    100 cr

Restyles an exterior view produced earlier in the plan.

  • Interior Redesign

    100 cr

Restyles an interior view produced earlier in the plan.

  • Virtual Staging

    100 cr

Furnishes and stages an interior view produced earlier in the plan.

  • Walkthrough Clip

    600 cr

    Pro/Studio & team plans

A roughly ten-second cinematic clip generated from an earlier render.

  • 3D Model

    400 cr

A 3D model generated from an isolated render, with its own share link.

  • Design Studio — plans, drawings & CAD

    Free

A real, editable house model from the brief's room program, plus the full drawing set listed below. Planned first whenever a brief mentions a house, a layout or drawings.

  • Standard Video

    350 cr

A short animation clip from an earlier render — the motion option on every plan.

  • Render Enhancer

    100 cr

A polish pass on a hero render: sharper detail, cleaner light.

  • Day to Dusk

    100 cr

A twilight version of an exterior render from the same plan.

  • Presentation Floor Plan

    100 cr

A coloured, furnished presentation plan — rendered from the house model's real floor plan, not a guess.

  • Cinematic Shot

    600 cr

    Pro/Studio & team plans

One camera move on a finished render: walkthrough, flyover, orbit or interior tour.

A Real Run

The drawings-only case, as the client receives it

On August 1, 2026 a brief that asked for a drawing set and nothing else was planned as a single Design Studio task — 1,000 credits in total, because the house model is free. This is that run's share link, live. Nothing here was staged for the page.

Ranch Home Drawing Set

Single-storey ranch home with a gable roof · the model reports its own area, rooms, doors and windows in its header

The editable house model from this run, served live from the share link your client would receive. Load it to orbit the house, switch to the floor plan, and explore inside.

Walk inside needs a desktop pointer; on a phone, use Explore.

The files that run produced

Every Design Studio task writes the same set next to the editable model — each file is a snapshot you can regenerate from the model at any time. Free and Starter accounts get them with the Archify mark on the sheets and the CAD plan.

Try the same brief

A short drawings-only brief written to the same program as the model above — a three-bedroom, two-bath ranch home with a garage and a gable roof. Upload it as-is to see a plan, or edit the room list first. The plan is free to see; you only pay when you run it.

When your run finishes, one click creates a Client Room link: your client sees the finished work, explores the house in 3D, and approves each item or asks for changes — no account needed.

Pricing

What Autopilot costs on Archify

Every run is 1,000 credits plus each task's normal credits — the plan shows the exact total, and nothing is charged until you approve it. Counted below for the drawings-only run shown above, whose only task is free.

Starter

$29/mo launch price

3,000 credits every month — about 3 drawings-only runs. Archify watermark included. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.

Pro

$79/mo launch price

10,000 credits every month — about 10 drawings-only runs. Watermark-free downloads and the video tools. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.

A run with renders, video or 3D costs the fee plus those tasks at their normal prices. Planning is free but needs 1,000 credits in the account, so a new account's 500 welcome credits cannot start a run on their own. See current plans and one-time credit packs.

Honest Limits

What the agent does — and doesn't

A run needs 1,000 credits in the account

Planning is free, but the planner only accepts briefs from accounts that could afford the run fee. New accounts start with 500 free credits. That is not enough on its own — any plan or a one-time credit pack unlocks Autopilot.

Generated images are generated

The house model and its drawings are exact, deterministic output of the Design Studio. Renders, clips and 3D models are AI generations: they are designed to follow the brief and the earlier task they chain from, and a result you do not like can be re-run by hand at its normal credit price.

Unapproved plans are not kept on the page

A planned-but-unapproved run is not shown when you come back to the Autopilot page — re-upload the brief (planning is free). Runs are capped at 12 tasks and 9,000 task credits on top of the fee.

FAQ

The AI architecture agent, answered

What is an AI architecture agent?+

Software that takes a project brief and does the production work an architect or designer would otherwise run tool by tool — drawings, floor plans, renders, video and 3D — then hands back the results in one place. On Archify the agent is called Autopilot: it reads the brief, plans a task list, shows you the exact credit total, runs only after you approve, and files every result into one workspace.

What does Autopilot actually produce?+

Whatever the brief asks for, from 13 tools: a real, editable house model with a full drawing set (floor plan, four elevations, a section, printable sheets, a CAD plan, a BIM file and schedules — free), a presentation floor plan rendered from that model, exterior and interior renders, mood boards, restyles, staging, polish passes, twilight variants, standard video, and on Pro, Studio and team plans walkthrough clips and cinematic camera shots, plus 3D models. The example on this page is the drawings-only case — a brief that asked for a drawing set and nothing else.

How much does a run cost?+

A flat 1,000-credit run fee plus each task's normal credits (renders and presentation plans 100, standard video 350, walkthrough clips 600, 3D models 400; the house model and drawings are free). You see the full total before starting and nothing is charged until you approve. A drawings-only run is exactly 1,000 credits, so the Starter plan's 3,000 monthly credits cover 3 of them and Pro's 10,000 cover 10. Failed tasks refund their own credits automatically, and the fee itself is refunded if a run ends — or you stop it — with nothing completed.

Is Autopilot a paid-tier feature?+

No — it is on every plan, and any signed-in account with at least 1,000 credits can run it. The only plan-gated pieces are the walkthrough clip and cinematic shot tasks, which the planner leaves out of the plan (with a note) unless the account is on Pro, Studio or a team plan. New accounts start with 500 free credits, so a first run needs a plan or a one-time credit pack.

How long does a run take?+

It depends on the plan size and on provider queues, so we quote only what we measured: the first production run, 6 tasks on July 26, 2026, completed in about 12 minutes end to end. The page polls while a run is in progress, and a task that stalls is retried on its own; you can close the tab and come back.

Can I edit the result?+

Yes. The house model opens in the Design Studio as a normal editable project — move walls, change the roof, re-export every drawing — and every render, clip and model lands in your workspace like any other job, so you can enhance, restyle or re-run it by hand. The share link your client gets is view-only.

What does my client see?+

A Client Room link, created with one click once the run finishes. Your client needs no account: they see everything finished in that workspace — the renders and videos, and the house as a 3D model they can explore on a phone or walk through on a desktop — and can approve each item or leave a request for changes that you read on the workspace page.

Is there a free way to try it?+

New accounts start with 500 free credits. Those cover 5 renders, or one standard video clip plus a render, on their own — but a run needs 1,000 credits in the account, so Autopilot itself starts with a plan or a credit pack. Download the sample brief on this page so the first run is a known quantity.
