Upload your sketch
A hand-drawn elevation, a digital line drawing, or a rough massing sketch — any image file works, no CAD export required.
Sketch to Render
Upload a hand-drawn or digital architecture sketch and Archify develops it into a photorealistic render — pick a style, write a short prompt, and Structure Lock keeps the walls, openings, and proportions you actually drew.
100 credits per render · Structure Lock on by default · New accounts start with 500 free credits.
How It Works
01
A hand-drawn elevation, a digital line drawing, or a rough massing sketch — any image file works, no CAD export required.
02
Write a short prompt for materials and mood, pick a rendering style, and leave Structure Lock ticked (on by default) — it's designed to hold the walls, openings, and proportions you drew. The Faithful ↔ Creative slider defaults to 92% (mostly faithful) and runs from 40% up to 100%.
03
Each run costs 100 credits and returns a presentation-ready image — download it, or send it straight into Render Enhancer or the 4K Upscaler.
Why It Holds The Drawing
Most sketch-to-render tools treat your drawing as loose inspiration. Archify's Sketch to Image defaults to holding it.
Every other render tool in Archify (Exterior AI, Interior AI) ships Structure Lock off, because restyling a finished photo freely is the right default there. Sketch to Image is the one exception: the whole promise of the tool is that the output is your sketch, developed — so it ships with the checkbox ticked.
Defaults to 92% geometry (mostly faithful) — raised from a lower setting after a production comparison run on the same sketch and prompt came back with an extra storey and a relocated chimney at the old default. Push it toward 100% to trace the drawing exactly, or lower for a looser interpretation.
Pricing
Sketch to Image is 100 credits per render, the same price as every other render tool — no separate per-image checkout.

FAQ
Sketch to render AI turns a concept sketch — hand-drawn or digital — into a developed, photorealistic architectural render without you building a 3D scene or running a traditional render engine. You upload the sketch and a short prompt describing materials, lighting, and mood, and the AI produces a finished image that follows the drawing's geometry.
Structure Lock is on by default for Sketch to Image specifically because testing showed that without it, the same sketch and prompt could come back as a different building — in one measured case, a single-storey house gained a second storey and the chimney moved. With Structure Lock on and the Faithful ↔ Creative slider left at its default, the render is designed to keep the walls, roofline, and openings you drew. Push the slider toward Creative if you want more reinterpretation instead.
Each render costs 100 credits. On the Starter plan ($29/mo launch price, 3,000 credits) that's about 30 renders a month, with the Archify watermark. On Pro ($79/mo launch price, 10,000 credits) that's about 100 a month, watermark-free. Unused credits roll over and never expire, and one-time credit packs are available if you need more without changing plans.
Rendering style: Architectural, Photorealistic, Artistic. Detail level: High, Medium, Low. Color mode: Full color, Monochrome, Sepia. Lighting: Natural, Dramatic, Soft. All four are pulled straight from the tool, so this list matches what you'll see in the picker.
Sketch to Image is built for elevations, perspective sketches, and massing studies that read as a building view. For a plan-view drawing — a floor plan you want colored and furnished rather than rendered as a 3D view — use Floor Plan Render instead, which keeps the wall layout and outputs a furnished presentation plan.
