The tool is built to change the sky, light levels, and overall atmosphere — not the building, landscaping, or anything else in the foreground. It is not a general-purpose exterior editor.
Pick a sky that's plausible for the property
Many MLS boards and brokerages have their own rules on disclosing digitally altered listing photos, and some ask that an edited image stay consistent with conditions the property could plausibly show. Check your local MLS and brokerage policy before publishing an edited exterior, and favor a sky that matches the season and region in the original shot.
