Floor Plan Render

AI Floor Plan Rendering — Colorize a 2D Plan Online

Upload a plain black-and-white floor plan and Archify renders it as a colored, furnished presentation plan. The wall layout you drew is preserved — you direct the flooring, furniture, and palette.

How It Works

From a flat 2D plan to a presentation rendering in three steps

01

Upload the plan

A PNG or JPEG export from AI CAD, a CAD or BIM drawing, a scan, or a hand-drawn sketch — anything that shows the wall layout clearly works.

02

Describe the style direction

Flooring, furniture style, and color palette in your own words — the Faithful ↔ Creative slider defaults to "Mostly faithful" so the walls you drew stay put while the slider lets you loosen that if you want.

03

Download the presentation plan

Each run costs 100 credits and comes back as a colored, furnished plan ready to drop into a client deck, a listing, or a permit cover sheet.

Who It's For

Built for the people who hand plans to clients and buyers

A flat line drawing doesn't sell a space. A colored, furnished plan gives a client or buyer something they can actually picture living in.

Architects

Turn a working drawing into a presentation plan for a client meeting without opening a separate rendering package.

Interior Designers

Show furniture layout and material direction on the actual plan you're proposing, not a generic stock image.

Real-Estate & Developers

Turn a flat listing or pre-construction plan into a colored visual that reads at a glance on a listing page or brochure.

FAQ

Floor plan rendering, answered

What does AI floor plan rendering actually do?+

It takes a plain line-drawing floor plan — black and white, no color, no furniture — and generates a colored, furnished version of the same layout: flooring materials, furniture placement, and a color palette, while keeping the walls, rooms, and openings where you drew them.

Will it move my walls or change the layout?+

No. Floor Plan Render is designed to preserve the wall layout you upload. It runs with the Faithful ↔ Creative slider defaulted to "Mostly faithful" so the geometry holds; you can push the slider toward Creative if you want the AI to take more liberty, but the honest default keeps your drawing intact.

What file formats can I upload?+

Any image file works — a PNG export from Archify's own AI CAD tool, a flattened export from AutoCAD-style or BIM software, a scanned hand drawing, or a photo of a printed plan. The tool reads the image, not a CAD file format, so there's no file conversion step.

How much does floor plan rendering cost?+

Each rendered plan costs 100 credits. On the Starter plan ($29/mo launch price, 3,000 credits) that's about 30 rendered plans a month, with the Archify watermark. On Pro ($79/mo launch price, 10,000 credits) that's about 100 a month, watermark-free. Unused credits roll over and never expire.

Is this the same as drafting a floor plan from scratch?+

No — Floor Plan Render needs a floor plan to start from. To draft one in the browser first, use Archify's AI CAD tool: draw walls with natural-language edit commands and export a DXF, SVG, or PNG, then feed that PNG straight into Floor Plan Render. AI CAD is included free on paid plans.

Is the rendered plan accurate enough for permits or construction?+

No — this is a presentation visual, not a permit or construction document. It's for showing a client or buyer what a space could look like; it carries no engineering or code review and shouldn't be submitted as a drawing set.

Is there a free way to try it?+

New accounts start with 500 free credits. That's enough for a few rendered plans before you need a plan — no credit card required to sign up.
