Bluebeam Revu is PDF software built for drawing sets: markup that carries meaning, measurement and takeoff tools that work off the sheet's scale, and Studio sessions where several people redline the same set at once.
It is close to universal on the construction side, so drawings marked up in it come back in a form contractors and consultants already work with.
