Rhino
NURBS modelling for the geometry other tools can't describe.
What it does
Rhino is a general-purpose NURBS modeller used across architecture for form-finding, complex geometry and facade studies — the shapes a BIM tool's wall-and-slab vocabulary cannot express directly.
With Grasshopper, its visual programming environment, it also became the standard entry point to computational and parametric design in architecture. It is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, and it runs on Mac and Windows.
Written by Archify, not by Rhino — we added this because architects use it, and we are not affiliated with them, paid by them, or earning a commission. Nothing here is their wording, and we haven't audited the product, so judge it on your own trial. If this is your company and you want it changed or removed, tell us and we'll do it.
