What it does
Matterport captures an existing space — with its own cameras or a recent phone — and produces a navigable 3D walkthrough plus dimensioned data you can measure against.
For renovation and adaptive-reuse work it removes a lot of return site visits: the existing conditions stay available to everyone on the team, and schematic floor plans can be generated from the capture.
