What it does
Vectorworks Architect combines drafting, 3D modelling and BIM in a single environment rather than making you choose up front. That flexibility suits practices that do a lot of early conceptual work and do not want to commit a project to a full BIM model on day one.
It is popular with smaller studios, landscape and theatre designers, and has long had strong Mac support.
